Registration

To apply for a NISPED programme, please submit the following: 

 

1. Application Form. (Word document) - attach your detailed CV.


2. Visa Application form (Word document)

 

3. Declaration of Health Condition (Word document)

 

4. Send a photocopy of the relevant pages of your passport.

    (By Email,Fax or Post)

 

All forms must also be printed signed and sent by Post or Fax.
